1. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and cannot be refunded once processed, except as noted below.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted if:

A duplicate donation was made in error.

The donor’s card was charged fraudulently.

An incorrect amount was entered.
3. Refund Process

Requests must be submitted to contact@smarterscollective.com within 7 business days of the donation.

4. Tax-Deductible Donations
If your donation has already been receipted for tax purposes, we may not be able to refund it.
